Ajamie lawyers, led by partner John Clay and counsel Esteban Leccese, won a complete victory for an eight-figure-dollar amount in the United Nations arbitration forum (UNCITRAL). The case was heard by arbitrators from Italy, Argentina and Canada and the seat of the arbitration was designated as Santiago, Chile. Participants were from six countries spanning North and South America, as well as Europe. The arbitrators voted unanimously 3-0 in favor of the Ajamie client. The arbitration panel also awarded attorneys fees to the Ajamie client.
