After three years of litigation, we settled for $79 million a federal court class action lawsuit against Wells Fargo & Company on behalf of its former financial advisors who were wrongfully forced to forfeit their deferred compensation when they left the company. Judge Joseph F. Anderson Jr.’s order approving the settlement awarded $19.75 million, or 25% of the settlement fund, plus $390,053, for attorneys’ fees and costs to class counsel.
